MELTH / COMPANY INFORMATION
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellation, withdrawal, returns and refund information for MELTH services and Commerce purchases.
Last updated 21 October 2026
The current Commerce environment is a controlled test and does not conclude paid consumer orders. Before consumer checkout is activated, an obvious online cancellation function and confirmation flow will be a launch requirement in addition to the model form below.
1. Business services
MELTH AI and MELTH Channels are normally contracted as B2B services. The accepted proposal states the start date, minimum term, renewal, notice period and any early termination consequences. Submit cancellation to melvin@melth.nl or through the contact page. We confirm receipt in a durable form.
2. Commerce consumer withdrawal
For an eligible distance purchase, a consumer can normally withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods, without giving a reason. For a service or digital content, the period and start point depend on the contract and whether the consumer expressly requested early performance. Statutory exceptions can apply, including customised or rapidly perishable goods and certain sealed goods after opening.
3. How to cancel or return
- Use the cancellation control shown with the order when available, contact the identified seller, or send MELTH the order reference through the contact page.
- State clearly that you want to withdraw or cancel. You may use the model form below, but that is not required.
- Return goods to the seller's stated address within the applicable period. The seller's checkout terms state whether the consumer pays direct return costs.

4. Refunds
The responsible seller refunds eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery where required, within the statutory period. The seller may wait until returned goods are received or the consumer supplies evidence of return. Refunds normally use the original payment method unless another method is agreed. Value lost through handling beyond what is needed to inspect goods may be deducted where the law permits.
5. Defects, non-delivery and complaints
Withdrawal rights are separate from legal rights when goods or services are defective, misdescribed or not delivered. Contact the seller first for product and fulfilment issues. Contact MELTH for platform or payment-routing issues. Mandatory legal guarantees are not limited by this policy.
