MELTH / COMPANY INFORMATION
MELTH Channels terms
Service terms for marketplace data, catalogue workflows and connected channel operations.
Last updated 21 October 2026
1. The service
MELTH Channels is a marketplace integrator. It connects agreed ERP, PIM, catalogue and operational sources with online marketplaces so business teams can manage products, listings, orders, inventory, prices, returns, refunds and related workflows from a governed channel layer. Coverage, history, refresh frequency and enabled read or write functions depend on the customer's connections and proposal.
The product category is comparable to multi-marketplace integration platforms such as ChannelEngine. MELTH is independent and does not claim affiliation with ChannelEngine, Amazon or any other named provider.
2. Third-party marketplaces
Amazon, bol, Shopify, Odoo and other named services are independent third parties. Their terms, fees, policies, rate limits and API availability apply separately. Unless expressly stated, no affiliation or endorsement is implied. The customer remains responsible for its seller accounts, marketplace compliance and the accuracy and legality of listing content.
3. Read and write permissions
A read connection does not authorise MELTH to change listings, prices, inventory, shipments, advertising or financial data. Publishing or synchronisation requires explicitly configured marketplace permissions, a defined approval and recovery process, and acceptance of that scope. Proposed changes remain proposals until an authorised user or an agreed automation approves them.
4. Data quality and timing
Marketplace data can be delayed, incomplete, revised or differently defined between systems. The workspace shows available freshness and source context where supported. Missing cost is not treated as zero cost. The customer must review source coverage, currencies and assumptions before using calculations or recommendations.
5. Customer obligations
- Maintain valid marketplace authorisations and promptly remove access that is no longer needed.
- Provide lawful product information and necessary licences.
- Review mappings, translations, prices and publication proposals.
- Follow marketplace rules and respond to customer orders and complaints.
- Keep separate tenants and merchant accounts correctly assigned.
6. Fees and cancellation
The proposal states setup, connection, recurring and usage fees in euros, including VAT treatment and third-party costs. Marketplace fees are not included unless expressly stated. Term and notice period appear before acceptance. See Pricing & payments.
