Service terms for the MELTH AI workspace, connected knowledge and AI-assisted work.

1. The service
MELTH AI is a configurable business workspace that can connect approved knowledge sources and assist with research, analysis, drafts, creative work and proposed actions. Available models, tools, data locations and integrations are confirmed for each workspace. Examples on the website illustrate a product direction and are not a promise that every capability is enabled.
2. Human review
AI output can be incomplete, incorrect or unsuitable. The customer remains responsible for professional judgement, factual verification, legal or regulatory checks and final approval. MELTH does not provide legal, tax, medical or financial advice. Agents do not accept contracts, place orders, publish externally or make payments unless an authorised workflow has been separately implemented and approved.
3. Customer knowledge and permissions
The customer chooses the sources, users and boundaries for its workspace. It must have the rights and lawful basis needed for all submitted material. Access to connected systems is limited to the scopes agreed for that workspace. Credentials must not be pasted into prompts or contact forms.
4. Model and service providers
Approved AI and infrastructure providers may process prompts and files to provide the service. The applicable proposal or data processing agreement identifies material processors and deployment choices. MELTH does not use confidential customer content to train a shared model unless the customer expressly agrees in writing.
5. Output and intellectual property
Subject to the agreement and applicable law, the customer may use output created for it. AI output may not be unique and can resemble other output. The customer must review third-party rights, accuracy and suitability before publication or commercial use. Source materials remain subject to their own rights and licences.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use MELTH AI to violate rights or law, mislead people about material facts, create prohibited harmful content, conduct unauthorised surveillance or make solely automated high-impact decisions without appropriate safeguards. We may block a clearly abusive or unsafe request and will explain the reason where appropriate.
7. Fees and cancellation
MELTH AI pricing is set out in an individual proposal in euros. The proposal states setup, subscription and usage charges, VAT, term and notice period before acceptance. See Pricing & payments and the general terms.
