Selected B2B access

MELTH currently works through individual proposals rather than a self-service subscription checkout. There is no charge for submitting an application or requesting a proposal.

How pricing works

Every proposal is prepared for the requested scope and states the exact price in euros, whether VAT is included or excluded, the billing interval, any setup or usage charges, the start date and the minimum term. You can review this information before accepting.

MELTH AI

AI workspace, approved knowledge sources, configured capabilities, support and agreed deployment options.

Custom proposal in EUR
  • Scope and enabled functions are confirmed per workspace.
  • Any model, storage or usage charges are stated before acceptance.
  • No automatic access or payment follows from an application.

MELTH Channels

Marketplace and operational data connections, catalogue workflows, monitoring and support.

Custom proposal in EUR
  • Connection, onboarding and recurring service fees are itemised.
  • Third-party marketplace fees remain the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated.
  • Read and write permissions are agreed separately.

MELTH Commerce

Product discovery and checkout infrastructure for connected sellers, subject to seller and payment-provider readiness.

  • The product seller sets the product price and applicable delivery charges.
  • The checkout shows the total price, currency, taxes and payment method before confirmation.
  • Test environments do not accept real orders or move money.

Payment terms

  • B2B invoices are payable within the period stated in the accepted proposal or invoice.
  • Subscriptions renew only as described in the accepted proposal. Renewal, cancellation and notice periods are stated before acceptance.
  • Commerce payments are processed by the payment provider identified during checkout. MELTH does not ask customers to send payment card details through email or the contact form.
  • Refunds, credits and chargebacks follow the applicable service terms, seller policy and mandatory law.
